Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with ground cumin, chipotle powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 3: On a large baking sheet, spread half of the tortilla chips. Top with half of the seasoned chicken, black beans, and cheddar cheese. Repeat layering.
Step 4: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 5: Remove from oven and add pico de gallo, avocados, jalapenos, and black olives.
