  • 2 cups Colby-jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk (whole or 2%)
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 packet Country gravy mix (2 cup yield)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the breakfast sausage until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  • Step 3: Prepare the country gravy according to package instructions.
  • Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Step 5: Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Step 6: In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the cut biscuits, cooked sausage, and cheese. Pour the egg mixture over, then drizzle with gravy.
