Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken and BBQ sauce. Stir thoroughly to coat the chicken. Fold in the cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Step 3: Open the can of Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust and unroll it onto a lightly floured surface. Stretch the dough into a rectangular shape, about 12 by 16 inches.
Step 4: Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll the dough tightly and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 5: Brush the outside of the stuffed bread with melted butter and then with the beaten egg.
Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Step 7: Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve with extra BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.
