  • 1 can Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust 13.8 ounces
  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken
  • ¾ cup Barbecue sauce plus more for serving
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken and BBQ sauce. Stir thoroughly to coat the chicken. Fold in the cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  • Step 3: Open the can of Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust and unroll it onto a lightly floured surface. Stretch the dough into a rectangular shape, about 12 by 16 inches.
  • Step 4: Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll the dough tightly and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Step 5: Brush the outside of the stuffed bread with melted butter and then with the beaten egg.
  • Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  • Step 7: Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve with extra BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.

Notes
