Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Add the barbecue sauce, garlic powder, and salt to the mixture and stir well.
Step 4: Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped red onion, shredded chicken, and half of the chopped cilantro.
Step 5: Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and top with reserved mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Step 6: Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 7: Garnish with remaining chopped cilantro and serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetables.
