Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Wash and core the apples, making sure to keep the base intact.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar.
Step 4: Fill the cored apples with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Step 5: Place butter on top of each apple and pour apple juice into the baking dish.
Step 6: Arrange the apples in the baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Step 7: Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
