Air Fryer Steak Tips & Mushrooms

Tender, flavorful steak tips and mushrooms cooked quickly in the air fryer for an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ribeye steaks about 2 pounds total; cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Trim steaks if desired and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the steak pieces in a large bowl and add the Lipton onion soup mix, sliced mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil.
  • Toss everything until the steak and mushrooms are evenly coated with the seasoning and oil.
  • Arrange the steak and mushroom mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare to medium, shaking the basket or stirring once halfway through; add 2 minutes for medium-well.
  • Remove from the air fryer, let rest briefly, then serve.

  • Philips XXL air fryer

Notes

  • Omit mushrooms if you prefer only steak.
  • NY strip or sirloin can be used instead of ribeye.
  • Garnish with dried parsley if desired.
