  • 16 ounces Salmon Four 4-ounce pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • to taste Fresh Parsley, chopped For garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Rinse the salmon pieces under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Step 3: Place the salmon pieces in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Step 4: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 5: Place the salmon pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Step 6: Remove the salmon from the air fryer, let it rest for a couple of minutes, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Choose salmon fillets that are similar in thickness for even cooking. Let the salmon rest after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute.
