Instructions
Step 1: Rinse the salmon pieces under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
Step 3: Place the salmon pieces in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 4: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Step 5: Place the salmon pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 8 to 10 minutes.
