Instructions
Step 1: Wash the jalapenos thoroughly. Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and membranes.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
Step 3: Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeno half and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
