Ingredients

Jalapenos

  • 6 medium jalapenos

Cheese Filling

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for air frying

Instructions

  • Step 1: Wash the jalapenos thoroughly. Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and membranes.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  • Step 3: Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeno half and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  • Step 4: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 5: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the stuffed jalapenos in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Step 6: Carefully remove the jalapeno poppers using tongs and let cool for a minute before serving.
