Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower. Start by washing your cauliflower thoroughly under cold running water. Shake off any excess water and then carefully remove the leaves and the core. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Step 2: Mix the Seasoning. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sweet or spicy paprika, salt, black pepper, and ground cumin. Whisk it all together until well mixed.
Step 3: Coat the Cauliflower. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Toss the cauliflower until evenly coated with the seasoning blend.
Step 4: Air Fry the Cauliflower. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Once preheated, carefully place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Step 5: Cook to Perfection. Cook the cauliflower at 400°F (200°C) for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
