  • 12 ounces refrigerated biscuits (10 count can)
  • cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 2 ounces mini pepperoni slices (about 30 slices)
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Open the can of refrigerated biscuits, separate them, and slightly flatten each one.
  • Step 3: Spread approximately one tablespoon of pizza sauce on each flattened biscuit.
  • Step 4: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, crumbled Italian sausage, and mini pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  • Step 5: Place the prepared biscuit pizzas in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
  • Step 6: Remove the pizzas from the air fryer, allow to cool slightly, and serve.
