Description

A no-bake Oreo Icebox Cake featuring layers of chocolatey Oreos and fluffy whipped cream, perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups (475ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 32 Oreo cookies, whole
  • 3 Oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until it begins to thicken.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a baking dish, arrange a layer of whole Oreo cookies.
  4. Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
  5. Repeat the layering process, finishing with a final layer of whipped cream.
  6. Crush 3 Oreo cookies and sprinkle over the top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  8. Slice and serve chilled!
